If you are using the FireFox browser and are experiencing difficulties viewing any social page you may need to install a FireFox extension -
FireFox Version older than 2 - install extension Mozilla Archive Format - this can be done by going to Tools > Extension > Get More Extensions, searching for the Mozilla Archive Format extension and installing it.
FireFox Version 2 or newer - install extension UnMHT for FireFox - this can be done by going to UnMHT for FireFox and load extension.
