Reports of stolen club items and other personal belongings

Written by PRO. Posted in News

Celbridge GAA CLUB would like to remind all it's members and visitors to our club that not everybody is as honest as you.

  • There was an incident at the weekend where the senior footballers had all their bags checked for valuables.
  • The club BBQ was stolen.
  • We have been informed that tractor shed had an attempted break in.

Please be mindful of this ; ensure your belongings are kept in a safe place and the dressing rooms are locked during matches or training.

Prime Time Investigation into The Console Charity

A recent Strictly Come Dancing Charity event organised by Console was staged in the premises of Celbridge GAA Club. A number of our members contributed to the success of that event and continue to be active fundraisers for Console.

In 2015, Celbridge GAA Club, on behalf of its membership, made a presentation to Mr Paul Kelly in recognition of his charitable work, this presentation was made at our annual mass for bereaved members.

Celbridge GAA Club will be making no further comment and as always our thoughts, at this time, are with the individuals and families that the Console Charity support during difficult periods.
