Prime Time Investigation into The Console Charity

A recent Strictly Come Dancing Charity event organised by Console was staged in the premises of Celbridge GAA Club. A number of our members contributed to the success of that event and continue to be active fundraisers for Console.

In 2015, Celbridge GAA Club, on behalf of its membership, made a presentation to Mr Paul Kelly in recognition of his charitable work, this presentation was made at our annual mass for bereaved members.

Celbridge GAA Club will be making no further comment and as always our thoughts, at this time, are with the individuals and families that the Console Charity support during difficult periods.

Car Park Re-Lining

Written by PRO. Posted in News

There was an opportunity to proceed with the 'Car Park Re-Lining' the week of 6-June  due to a cancellation.

You might have noticed a few changes;

  1. Re-marking all car park spaces.
  2. Introduction of a one way system with arrows & road markings.
  3. New lay out at the Car Park entrance adjacent to the flag poles to improve entering & exiting. This will involve the loss to 2 car park spaces but will afford more space at this current bottle neck.
  4. Re-Marking Disabled Spaces.
  5. Introduction of  a 'Yellow Box' for ambulance access & egress.
  6. Highlighting the 3 avenue speed ramps.

★ Lotto Jackpot was won at €7,250 ★

Congrats to Sean for winning the main jackpot prize & our thanks to the Liffey Champion for printing the article.

Celbridge GAA would like to congratulate Sean Ferguson for winning the main Club lotto Jackpot of €7250 in the draw held on 29th April-2016.

The Celbridge GAA Club Lotto is a key fundraiser for the club, providing essential financial support for club activities throughout the year. All profits from the Lotto go towards assisting with the provision of all the necessary equipment and facilities that a modern GAA Club, such as Celbridge, requires on an ongoing basis.

The Lotto, gives everybody the opportunity to share the ever increasing cost of running the Club, whilst at the same time availing of the opportunity to win one of the great cash prizes on offer. The Lotto runs from November 1st to October 31st annually but new members are welcome to join at any time throughout the year. We will soon offer on-line lotto to our members.
