Our End of Season Juvenile Christmas Party and Juvenile Awards are this weekend

First up is The Juvenile Christmas Party for the younger age groups (Nursery to U11/12 age groups) Saturday 15:30 to 17:30

Murph The Magican has been booked and Ian Power is setting up Play Stations in the meeting room

Also on the program is Face Painting and a Meeting with the man in the Red Suit

But to make all this happen we need all Volunteers and Help with other items

A Volunteer Santa Claus to step Forward

Ian is looking for a second and 3rd play staion plus another TV to run a tournament in Meeting Room

Plus we need Coaches to help set up hall on Friday evening at 8pm. If anyone has a large Gazebo that we can setup for Santa’s Grotto that would be great.

The Chairman Mick O’Reilly and the club are sponsoring the goodies and the Magican

We are trying to make this a happy fun filled two hours for all our young players across all the age groups

18:30 to 21:00 we have the U12 to U16 medal awards with club Special Guests

Also we have Liam Holland and his Bingo Machine with Novelty spot prizes

The Juvenile awards take place in the bar area and are sponsored by Super Valu and Neville Raethorne

Please can you come back to me urgently if you can help in anyway with the above

 Many Thanks

 Hugh
