In our final group game we defeated Maynooth 3-10 to 0-2.

This left us Group B winners.

Celbridge 10-12  V Confey        3-7

Celbridge produced their best performance of the season to cement their position at the top of the table with a 5th consecutive victory in this top of the table clash with Confey.

With a very strong cross wind making playing conditions awkward,Celbridge started well with the very impressive Alex Elworthy scoring and early goal and and point to settle us down further 1st half goals from Alex again Dara Flynn,Fionnan O'Dulaing and Jake Whelan and points from Alex, Finnan Dara Jake with 3 Max Lavelle a beauty by Dallan Friel and a fantastic score by Conor Liscombe left the home Side with 5-9 . Confey where finding it harder to come by scores this was down to fantastic defensive work from Captain  Sam Brady,Aaron Perry,Cormac Gardiner,Matthew Gallagher and Daragh Kennedy.  At half time we led 5-9 to 0-3.

The second half began on the same vain quickfire goals for Alex and Finnan made the second half comfortable Finnan Jake and Cal Duggan added further goals.

Celbridge introduced Cian Byrne Sean Bowes Daniel Moore and Brian McBride who was superb when he came on.

All in all this was a fantastic display and result all 18 players from goalkeeper Conor Casey out made a huge contribution well done to all.
