International Launch of the New Club Jersey
January, 2023, Celbridge GAA CLUB is proud to announce the International Launch of the New Club Jersey with Leinster Reinforcements as the new club Main sponsor for the next five years.
To celebrate and welcome Leinster Reinforcements as the new club Main sponsor for the next five years, the club jersey has been redesigned in collaboration with O'Neills to bring a retro modern style incorporating the image of the iconic local landmark Castletown House on the back. The oak tree motif symbolises a number of elements integral to our club ethos - strength, endurance, stability, justice, honesty, culture, ancestry and family. The oak tree was often the hub of the community in ancient times and the roots of this Oak Tree form a circle to represent wholeness and oneness and as our symbol of inclusion for all. Cill Droichid CLG is a community that has a place for ALL. We also pay tribute to our late Club President, Pat Murphy and the oak tree he planted to mark the opening of the Páirc nÓg grounds. The oak tree also aligns the club with the strength and stability of Leinster Reinforcements products with that of the club's crest.
The new Jersey was chosen by club members in a recent vote and this design was the stand out winner.
Celbridge GAA CLUB would like to take this opportunity to thank Haven Hire for their continuous and unwavering support of our club for the last eight years. Further launch events are planned as we incorporate the Leinster Reinforcements logo across our grounds.
