Inter county Kildare Snr. hurler Mark Moloney presented the following awards;
★ Kilcormac/Killoughey (Offaly) won Div 1 beating Mount Sion (Waterford) in the final,
★ Eire Og Corrachoill won Div 2 beating Ballyboden St Endas (Dublin),
★ Ballina (Tipperary) won Div 3 beating Bride Rovers (Cork)

Many thanks to the U11 organizing team for a brilliant day at the club. Had a great day going from match to match, and chatting along the side lines, watching some mighty fine hurling from the rising stars from around the country.

The club grounds were very busy today as all the teams arrived from 10:00am for the U11 Hurling Festival. We had passing heavy showers, but they quickly passed as the hurling continued.

Annual All Ireland U11 Hurling Festival to be held on Saturday 2nd July. Mark the date in your calendar. The last few years have been brilliant & we encourage all our members to come to the club as it's a great day out with fantastic hurling on show.
The first match starts at 10:30am with the final fixed for 2:30pm.
There will be 12 teams involved in this year’s tournament, including 2 from Celbridge. Teams from all four provinces will be participating; the full list of clubs are :

It has to be a special moment in the career of any player when they walk out on their county grounds for the first time to play in a cup final. The best kept grounds the county has to offer, soft under foot, the perfect bounce & the cheers from the stands...
Well, that is exactly what happened to this U11 side playing up to the U12 Div3 Hurling cup final.
Result: Celbridge 3-10 Eire Og 3-10 (after extra time)

Celbridge U11s reached the final of the U12 Division 3 league. They came up against a strong Eire Og team.
After being well behind at half time, the team found their way to force a draw after full time. Extra time ensued and teams were still level afterward.
A replay is currently being scheduled.

U10 Hurlers played Eire Og on 7-June. The lads played a great match and continue to improve their skills and determination on the field.
